My Group Benefits is a web resource for members of employer groups that provides exclusive access to a wealth of information specific to the benefit plan available to you, including plan documents, contact numbers and website links.

Access to My Group Benefits is only available to members whose employers have chosen to provide this service.  Click below to log in.  You need both a user name and password, which are the same as the access ID you used before May 30. Note: all user names and password are lowercase.

We encourage you to visit My Online Services, our secure member portal, which is available through the link at the top of this page.  With My Online Services, you may view your personal health information and perform other functions, such as print out an ID card.
