Need to find a provider quickly? Our online provider search gives you flexibility in a simple format. We update the online search weekly. Just click below on the provider search link in the blue box.

Always verify that the provider you choose is participating in our network before you receive services. While it is our goal to provide accurate information, our provider network is subject to change without notice. Providers in all areas of our service region are included in the provider search. Please be sure to select the correct product (PPO, etc.) when beginning the provider search.

Some self-funded employer groups have a Restricted Provider Arrangement (RPA). Except for authorized radiation therapy and emergency services, the RPA excludes coverage for nonemergency services provided by UPMC Presbyterian and UPMC Shadyside and their affiliated clinics.

If your employer has this RPA, all services, including facility and all physician charges incurred in conjunction with any nonemergency service or procedure performed, are not covered at the these facilities. Services at these facilities are only covered for emergencies. If you are not sure if your employer has an RPA, call Customer Service or ask your employer.

Choose "HMO, POS, PPO, or Lehigh Select" from the product drop-down. PPO members have access to in-network coverage with "Coventry National Network" providers, which are included in the PPO selection.

The Diabetes Physician Recognition Program

The Diabetes Physician Recognition Program (DPRP) was created by NCQA and the American Diabetes Association. This search directs you to physicians awarded recognition for demonstrated high quality care to patients with diabetes. Note: not all DPRP physicians participate in the HealthAmerica network.
